Brotherhood of monastery on pilgrimage
The brotherhood of the Ribnica monastery recently went on a devotional trip, during which they visited several significant shrines. The first destination on this spiritual journey was the Žiča monastery, known for its rich history and spiritual significance. After that, the brotherhood visited the Studenica monastery, another gem of our Orthodox heritage.
Monastery hosted groups of devotees from Bulgaria
Ribnica Monastery had the great honor of recently hosting two groups of devotees from brotherly Bulgaria. This event is another example of strengthening the Orthodox faith and brotherhood among our peoples. The hospitality of the Ribnica monastery and its ability to host larger groups of devotees showed itself in the best light. The monastery has accommodation facilities that are ideal for groups of this type, with the possibility of accommodating up to 50 people at any time.
A year and a half since Father Arseny's ordination
It's been a year and a half since the ordination of Father Arsenio, a significant event that brought blessing and progress to the Ribnica monastery. From that moment, the brotherhood of the monastery began to increase according to God's providence, which brought new strength and spirit to the monastery community.
The glory of Ribnica monastery - Petrovdan
On July 12, the Ribnica monastery celebrated its glory, St. Peter's Day, dedicated to the holy apostles Peter and Paul. On that day, the holy liturgy was served in the monastery, which the gathered believers celebrated with great spiritual joy.
